About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Mobile App Developer with experience in Android, iOS, or Flutter development to join our dynamic team at TWC. Youll work on innovative and impact-driven mobile apps under our growing verticals, especially in agriculture tech, education tech, and public services. Key Responsibilities: Design and build advanced mobile applications using Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, or React Native Develop new features, UI components, and reusable code for both Android and iOS platforms Optimize application performance, storage, and responsiveness Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers Troubleshoot and fix bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks Participate in app testing, release cycles, and Play Store/App Store submissions Requirements: 23 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development Proficient in Flutter (preferred) or native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) Solid understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and responsive design Experience with Firebase, API integration, push notifications, and in-app navigation Familiar with Play Store / App Store publishing process Knowledge of version control tools (Git, GitHub) Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience (25,000 to 50,000/month) Flexible work culture ( On-Site ) Work on meaningful, large-scale tech projects Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling tech ecosystem Exposure to full product development lifecycle Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person,
