Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Anchor at the Spotlight with Nikhil Podcast, located in Kanpur Nagar. As an Anchor, you will be responsible for reporting news, presenting broadcasts, and writing news content. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, moderating discussions, and developing content ideas for the podcast episodes. You will work closely with the production team to ensure engaging and informative content for our audience. Qualifications Experience in Reporting and Broadcast Journalism Skilled in News Writing and presenting as a Presenter Proficient in Broadcasting techniques Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills Strong research and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with podcasting and digital media is a plus,
