Key Responsibilities: Host news bulletins, ground reports, interviews, and digital shows Present local stories in a clear, conversational, and engaging manner Conduct on-ground interviews with public figures, locals, and officials Collaborate with the editorial and video teams for script and shoot planning Assist in social media content creation (Reels/Shorts/Live Sessions) Stay updated with local developments, politics, and social trends Requirements: Strong communication skills in Hindi (Angika or Maithili fluency is a big plus) Confident on-camera presence with clear voice and screen appeal Ability to write or adapt scripts for camera delivery Previous experience in anchoring/reporting is preferred, but freshers with talent are welcome Interest in local journalism, storytelling, and civic issues Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ground-level reporting environment Compensation & Perks: 6,00015,000/month (based on experience and format) Performance-based incentives for viral content and show formats Exposure to 100K+ audience across platforms Opportunity to grow into a lead show host or reporter with dedicated series Audition Requirement: Please share a 12 minute video of yourself speaking on a trending local or social issue (can be shot on phone).
