Job Description
You should have over 10 years of experience in Anaplan with at least 1.5+ years of hands-on Modeling Experience focused on Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management or similar use cases. Additionally, you should possess 3+ years of experience in consulting roles concentrating on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning. It is essential to be familiar with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and have advanced skills in MS Excel for developing Mock Ups for clients. Moreover, you must have completed Level 3 Model Builder Certification in Anaplan and have a strong technical background in Anaplan projects, including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support. You should be adept at creating Models, Modules, Lists, Line Items, Subsets, Line Item Subsets, using Calculation functions, and designing dashboards following best practices. Experience with Anaplan Optimizer, Integration methods, and ALM within Anaplan is highly desirable. Furthermore, you should be able to engage in direct discussions with clients to understand their requirements, design, develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models accordingly. Possessing Anaplan Solution Architect Certification or Master Anaplanner Certification would be a plus. You will also be responsible for conducting, documenting, and signing off Business Requirements with clients, assigning User stories, and assisting in Sprint Planning. In terms of people skills, you should have excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with client teams and in client-facing roles. Being comfortable working remotely, having a strong sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude are also essential attributes for this role. Additionally, you should be open to traveling outside your base location for up to 80% of the time.,
