Job Summary Key Responsibilities Analyzing data: Analyzing financial and operational data to gain insights for decision-making Managing cash flow: Preparing cash positions daily, organizing cash flow predictions, and producing consolidated cash flow reports Reconciling: Reconciling transactions, reconciling the prior day's actuals to requests, and investigating variances Preparing reports: Preparing reports for senior management, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses Making recommendations: Making recommendations to management based on findings Conducting research: Conducting research to get business and economic information that impacts a business's performance Partnering with the accounting team: Partnering with the accounting team during the close process Required Competencies Proficiency in treasury management principles and practices. Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and systems. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to think strategically and provide insights to support business growth and profitability. Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Work Experience & Qualifications B.Com graduate with Accounting or a related field with 3-4 years experience / Freshly qualified CA, preferably in the internet or technology industry Note: This role is a 6 days working role & work from office.
