Job Title: Analyst (Sourcing & Procurement) Experience Required: 1-2 years Job Location: Bangalore, India Shift Timing: UK Shift (Flexibility for US Shift hours) Language Proficiency: English - Reading/Writing/Speaking (B1 Level) Job Type: Full-time, with 50% voice and 50% non-voice operations Job Description We are seeking an Analyst with AA+ rating and 1-2 years of experience who has a basic orientation in procurement operations or relevant work experience in this domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing and MS Office skills, and be well-versed in Sourcing & Procurement functions, particularly with experience working on the Coupa platform. Key Responsibilities Support procurement operations through effective query management, research, and data collection. Execute S2C (Source-to-Contract) transactions efficiently, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Create and deliver ad-hoc reports as per business requirements. Demonstrate a neutral voice and accent for clear communication, managing calls with professionalism. Apply S2C domain knowledge and industry skills to enhance procurement processes. Engage actively in both voice and non-voice operations, maintaining a balance of 50% each. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procurement standards during the execution of tasks.
