Role: Analyst, Private Equity based out of BKC in Mumbai As an Analyst specializing in Private Equity at Dezerv, you will play a crucial role in strategically managing Private Equity portfolios through regulated AIF structures to meet the investment objectives of Dezerv's clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Evaluating investment opportunities by conducting detailed sector analysis, primary and secondary research, and assessing companies from commercial, financial, technical, and legal perspectives. - Preparing comprehensive Investment Memoranda for presentation to the Investment Committee, including creating internal guidance through Company AOP and business plans. - Facilitating transaction closure by conducting thorough due diligence, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for transaction documentation, and ensuring compliance with all necessary legal requirements. - Monitoring portfolio companies on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, presenting performance reviews to the Investment Committee, and attending meetings with Company Board/Management for updates. - Handling other related tasks such as preparing regulatory documents, annual reports, quarterly fact sheets, and any additional work concerning the Portfolio Companies. Qualifications: - Top Tier MBA/ CA from 2021-2022 - Previous experience as an analyst in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Listed Equity roles - Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint Join Dezerv's team of experts and contribute to reshaping the landscape of wealth management by leveraging your skills and expertise in Private Equity analysis and portfolio management.,
