Job Description As part of The Hackett Groups Performance Studies practice the Analyst will play a key role in management consulting engagements for global clients. Besides engagement delivery, the Analyst is also expected to leverage results of Performance Studies to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Expertise in Qualtrics, MS Excel, Powerpoint, MS Word and VBA to support the key issues, agility, and globalization studies that are targeted at providing research based strategic solutions to clients Creating Custom Dashboards as part of exceptional reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and web technologies. Preparing a list of detailed performance metrics with comparisons to Top Performers and other study participants Extensive use of data analytic tools and techniques, both business contextual and statistical, and identifying and testing insightful business hypotheses so as to provide strategic insights to solve process and performance improvement initiatives Building Quick assessment tools that provide real time analysis aimed at supporting Business Advisors and Sales teams as part of business development effort Programming and technical skills used for data extraction and analysis & reporting Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly Protect the Intellectual Property and adhere to all the policies and procedures Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data Essential Skills Job Good exposure to business contextual knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and critical-thinking skills are essential Should have knowledge on quantitative/ data analytics and research Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills Proficiency in Stakeholder relationship management Personal Understanding of business objectives and organization structure The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence Ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach Preferred Skills Job The candidate should have a good problem-solving approach Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced) Experience in working with Qualtrics or any other survey engine Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team on business critical projects VBA, JavaScript, HTML, CSS programming skills to transform the data and produce visualizations.
