In the role of supporting the Colleague Services (CS) organization within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG), you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional services, capabilities, data, and insights that enhance the colleague experience. Working closely with the Manager of Digital Product Solution Design, you will be responsible for managing system configuration and digital capabilities of Oracle Recruiting Cloud systems within American Express. Your expertise will be instrumental in building intuitive colleague experiences, streamlining HR processes, and aligning with business strategies. Your key responsibilities will include supporting Oracle Recruiting Cloud projects from planning to deployment, creating requirement specifications, configuring solution requirements, conducting functional testing, providing end-user training, managing functional issues and risks, and collaborating with other Oracle HCM modules. It is essential to stay updated on the latest Oracle Recruiting Cloud features and enhancements and provide recommendations for improvement. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and approximately 2 years of experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Your strong knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality, configuration, integration, testing, and best practices will be critical. Additionally, superb communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and certification in Oracle Recruiting Cloud are preferred qualifications.
