Job Description
As part of the Dun & Bradstreet team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the existing Power BI dashboards to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency in reporting outputs. Your responsibilities will include leading or contributing to process improvement initiatives, such as the Master Org project, which involves integrating regional CRMs into a unified Salesforce master tenant. You will also support various ad hoc projects and operate globally to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will involve maintaining the Customer Service Power BI Reporting Suite, managing Service Operations projects related to reporting and data collection, designing and implementing new Power BI metrics and reports, collaborating with business subject matter experts, and seeking opportunities to automate and improve reporting methods. You will also conduct ad hoc data analysis, provide training to end-users, and participate in the Master Org project to establish a long-term reporting strategy. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SQL is essential, along with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Power BI reports in a production setting. Familiarity with Python, relational databases, and AWS services like Redshift, EC2, and RDS will be advantageous. Experience with SFDC, Five9, and Qualtrics is a plus. Your ability to work independently, collaborate with diverse teams, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be critical. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, along with a proactive and ownership mindset. Continuous learning and growth, along with fluency in English and other relevant languages, will contribute to your success in this role.
