Job title: Analyst Content Reporting to: Content Lead Experience: 2-3 years Location: Gurugram Position Type: Full time Timing: 5:30pm - 2:30am Job Responsibilities Proofread content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, consistency and adherence to brand tone of voice and style guidelines for marketing material/collaterals, internal documents, and digital communications, including emails, newsletters, blogs, etc. Ensure the accuracy of content by verifying all referenced facts (e.g., dates, pages, values) Provide constructive editorial input, and communicate with team members to effectuate consistent, accurate, and high-quality work Maintain a reference log to support the reference guide and update it on an ongoing basis Depending on the project you may be required to reword or rewrite text Prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines, and effectively manage workload to ensure all projects are delivered on time Ensure a fast turnaround time for projects to make them cost-effective for stakeholders Key Skills And Experience The role requires 2-3 years of professional experience Bachelor's or Masters degree in Communication or Journalism is preferred Prior experience in journalism or/and content writing is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sharp eye for proofreading documents Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Flexibility to adapt to new tools and processes Responsiveness to communication and tasks is key while ensuring all best practices are applied,
