The Senior Analyst position is based in Vijayawada, India and is suitable for candidates with 0-2.5 years of experience. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and high CSAT scores by resolving issues with First Call Resolution and maintaining a minimum average handling time. Your key responsibilities include achieving KPI targets, following defined processes, adhering to ITIL delivery & quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. You will be required to attend customer calls/chats/emails and resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
