You will be serving as a ServiceNow Performance Analyst (Reporting Analyst) at a full-service digital transformation services and consulting firm founded in 2014. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Reporting Lead within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Practice. In this role, you will be actively involved in creating new reporting dashboards, understanding key requirements from client stakeholders, and assisting in various organizational change program activities. Your main duties will revolve around providing OTB automated reporting to meet client needs, identifying areas for tech solutioning to enhance reports in alignment with client requirements, and developing reporting dashboards to support IT HAM strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with client teams to guide requirements and data-driven decisions, offer insightful reporting and analysis against targets and KPIs, and drive cultural change to ensure the adoption of reporting dashboards within the organization. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of data analytics and reporting experience, possess strong data analysis skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, and demonstrate advanced competency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Holding a ServiceNow Admin Certification would be advantageous. Being creative in your approach, prioritizing work effectively based on deadlines and criticality, and having the ability to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for actionable recommendations are essential skills for this position. As part of your responsibilities, you will also be required to complete GDPR training annually to ensure compliance with the organization's policies and standards regarding GDPR. Adherence to these guidelines is crucial to protect the interests of clients and staff, and failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
