Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and managing RTs (Requisition of Transportation) in the Petrobras system (issuing, updating, correcting, canceling). Your duties will include entering the scheduling of personnel and material embarkation and disembarkation in the client's internal systems and distributing them to the employees and departments involved. You will utilize the client's Logistic system as the primary tool for controlling and administering logistics operations, considering embarkation/disembarkation, report generation, and KPI maintenance. Your tasks will also involve updating all modules of the client's Logistic system used by the logistics team, scheduling at ports, issuing transportation invoices (Microsiga), issuing client system requisitions, issuing RTs (Petrobras and IOCs) in the relevant systems, and dimensioning vehicles (trailers). Required Qualification: - Technical degree in logistics or related fields, a higher level will be an advantage Other Requirements: - Proficiency in SAP (RT for cargoes) - Basic/Intermediate Excel skills - Good interpersonal relationship skills - Leadership in processes and proactivity - Load dimensioning experience.,
