Job Description
You will be joining as a Customer Support Executive for an International chat process based in Jaipur. We are looking for candidates who are Undergraduate/Graduate with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The salary offered for this position is up to 35K CTC. Your role will involve handling customer complaints effectively by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits. You will also be responsible for following up to ensure that the issues are resolved satisfactorily. This position is open for candidates across PAN India. The job type is Full-time and Permanent, and Freshers are welcome to apply. As part of the benefits package, you will receive paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
