Position Title: AM-Supply Planning Job Purpose: Finished goods Material planning from Vendors and distribution to Warehouse. Principle Accountabilities - List the expected end results that must be achieved to fulfil your job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results. To ensure Product coverage as per Plan - End to End Planning -Demand Planning/Supply planning for NBI Category. Issue Purchase orders/Requirement to source plants and subsequently ensure material dispatch and delivery to Kohler warehouse as per requirement Safety stocks & ROL Max. calculations Distribution Planning among different RDCs Assessing the financial structure and inventory storage capabilities of the business. Ensure 95% LOTIF on plannable SKUs Maintain open orders aging within limits Ensure healthy Inventory for NBI FG/ Shower Enclosure Components as per Inventory Target. To ensure MIS as per Plan - Maintaining Info record and other Master data & Publishing MIS Preparing Inventory stock coverage reports Review demand & supply gap from all plants (Kohler & Vendors) and plan counter-action plans for better adherence to supply schedules Other Key activities - Support Schemes and new product launches Daily review of SKU level stock levels & despatches from plants and plan needed actions for better availability. Key Interactions: Who (internal/external) does this position interact with on a regular basis to perform this role How often and for what purpose Internal - Kohler plants, Finance, Marketing, Sourcing & Supply Chain on regular basis. External - Vendors on regular basis Skills And Knowledge - Engineering Graduate or MBA (premier B-School) 2 Yrs. minimum Experience in Supply Chain function SAP functional experience Advanced excel & Microsoft office.
