As a professional with 3 to 10 years of experience in Banking/Collections/BPO Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the banking collection process in Jaipur. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth workflow and efficient recovery within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring collection strategies and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and recovery rates. Additionally, you will be expected to lead, monitor, and manage a team of collection agents to achieve set targets and maintain high productivity levels. Conducting performance reviews, setting KPIs, and providing regular coaching to team members will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong leadership and people management skills. You should have expertise in banking collections, recovery, and debt management. Hands-on experience with CRM and collection tools will be an added advantage in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
