As an Assistant Manager - Recruitment, you will bring to the table 7 to 8 years of extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on the BPO industry. Your proven expertise lies in managing large-scale hiring operations for voice, non-voice, and customer service roles. You will be responsible for organizing and leading mass recruitment drives, walk-ins, and hiring events, showcasing your adeptness in handling high-volume recruitment activities. Your solid background in team management and leadership will enable you to effectively guide, mentor, and inspire recruiters under your supervision. You will be adept at developing and implementing sourcing strategies tailored specifically to meet the requirements of the BPO industry. Your exceptional skills in stakeholder management will ensure seamless alignment with business objectives, particularly in achieving aggressive hiring targets. Utilizing your proficiency in recruitment tools, online portals, and automation platforms, you will optimize the hiring process and enhance efficiency.
