Job Description
The role is based in Bengaluru/ Mumbai and you will be part of the Alliances and Channels Partner Account Management (PAM) team at Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and the world's #1 CRM. Your main responsibility will be to manage and enhance relationships with a select group of Global System Integrator (GSI) partners. You should possess strategic thinking skills, excellent partner relationship management abilities, especially with key leadership figures, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including account teams, customer success, partner marketing, and partner enablement, will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of relationships with large consulting partners to ensure their overall growth - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership - Drive significant transformation pursuits - Assist in aligning partner Salesforce practices with Salesforce growth strategies - Implement go-to-market strategies focused on increasing co-sell and sourced revenue - Proactively support partner projects to ensure success Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Alliances/Partner Relationship Management - Experience working with large consulting organizations - 13+ years of experience in consulting, management, sales, or business leadership in the enterprise software industry - Track record of building and leading strategic partnerships Knowledge/Skills: - Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated and capable of working independently - High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business - Willingness to travel within India as needed If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for fostering partner relationships and driving business growth, we invite you to join our team at Salesforce and be part of our mission to connect with customers and give back to communities worldwide.,
