Salary: Up to 42,000 in-hand per month (dependent on experience and last drawn salary)
Shifts: 24x7 Rotational

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced travel professionals . The role involves handling international voice-based travel processes, including ticketing, booking, cancellations, and refunds, utilizing Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus and Sabre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations using Amadeus and Sabre GDS platforms.

• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound voice interactions.

• Handle complex travel itineraries and provide accurate information to clients.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and IBU transport boundaries within Thane.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and maintain service quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Graduation.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with GDS platforms, specifically Amadeus and Sabre.

• Proficiency in handling international travel processes and voice-based customer interactions.

• Excellent communication skills, meeting Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 standards.

• Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
