As an Airline & Ticketing professional in Calicut, your main responsibilities will include issuing tickets, processing reservations, and modifying bookings for customers. You will be required to verify tickets and travel documents, manage boarding queues efficiently, and ensure timely departures of flights. Providing updated flight information, gate changes, delays, and other relevant updates to passengers will also be a crucial part of your role. In this role, you will need to address passenger concerns promptly and effectively resolve any issues that may arise during their travel. Your customer service skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all passengers.
