Job Description

HIRING FOR AIR TICKETING EXECUTIVE. & VISA EXPERT

LOCATION - MALAD

EDUCATION -DEGREE IN HOSPITALITY,TOURISM OR RELATED FIELD PREFERRED.

EXPERIENCE - 1-2 yrs of EXP IN AIR TICKETING,VISA DEPARTMENT,TRAVEL INDUSTRY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Skills*:   Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus or Galileo etc).

  Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  Sound minded personality to explain the requirements of visa process well     to the client with patience.

  Basic knowledge of Visa processing and its documentations .

*Certifications*: IATA certification or equivalent preferred.

Key Responsibilities for Air Ticketing Executive:

1. *Ticketing and Booking*: Issue air tickets, manage bookings, and make travel arrangements for clients.

 

2. *Customer Service*: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.

 

3. *Flight Information*: Stay up-to-date with flight schedules, availability, and prices to provide accurate information to clients.

 

4. *Booking Management*: Manage booking records, update client information, and ensure accuracy of bookings.

 

5. *Payment Processing*: Process payments, handle refunds, and manage ticket cancellations.

 

6. *Communication*: Communicate with airlines, travel suppliers, and clients to confirm bookings and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities for Visa Expert:

1. *Visa Application Guidance*: Provide expert guidance to clients on visa application requirements, procedures, and timelines.

 

2. *Document Preparation*: Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application documents, including forms, supporting documents, and submission materials.

 

3. *Client Communication*: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on application status, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.

 

4. *Application Submission*: Submit visa applications on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.


   5.  Follow-up and Resolution*: Follow up with  embassies, or consulates to.  resolve issues, address queries, or obtain updates on application status.

6. *Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client applications, submissions, and outcomes.

SALARY :

1. Fresher : INR 12,500 to INR 15,000

2. Semi Experienced : INR 15,000 to INR 20,000

3. Highly Experienced : INR 20,000 to INR 30,000

OFFICE TIMINGS -10am - 7pm.
