The Project Manager (AI/ML) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of AI and machine learning projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between project goals and company objectives. This role requires deep technical understanding of AI/ML processes, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to risk management and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and closure of AI/ML projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope. - Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team, stakeholders, and senior management, providing clear and concise updates on project progress, risks, and solutions. - Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and other technical teams to allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and ensure optimal project performance. - Identify potential risks and roadblocks early in the project lifecycle and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them. - Ensure that all AI/ML solutions delivered meet quality standards and align with business objectives, and are scalable and maintainable. - Collaborate with technical leads to understand and manage project needs, helping to define technical requirements, and bridging the gap between the technical and business sides of the project. - Apply Agile methodologies to manage sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and team collaboration. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters degree preferred) - Min. 4 years of experience managing AI/ML or technology-driven projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery - Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and technologies such as machine learning algorithms, data science workflows, neural networks, etc. - Proficiency with project management tools - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Scrum methodology - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and strategic thinking. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI/ML deployment - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.,
