Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect / Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, model deployment, and MLOps practices, along with strong architectural thinking for building end-to-end AI systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable machine learning solutions from data ingestion to deployment. Build, train, evaluate, and fine-tune supervised and unsupervised models. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to translate business problems into ML use cases. Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of models. Ensure robustness, scalability, and security of deployed models in production. Optimize model performance and retrain strategies using real-time and batch data. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and research. Required Skills & Qualifications: 48 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields. Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistics. Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML). Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and tuning. Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, CI/CD tools). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Nice to Have: Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning. Knowledge of big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
