Role Overview: As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that power an AI-enabled Customer Experience (CX) platform. You will work with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI services while collaborating closely with software engineers, data scientists, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: AI Model Development: Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for predictive analytics and natural language processing (NLP). Data Engineering: Process, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights for training AI models. Deployment & Scalability: Implement AI/ML solutions in production environments using MLOps best practices. Integration with Applications: Work with software engineers to integrate AI models into the React and Node.js-based CX platform. Performance Optimization: Ensure models are efficient, scalable, and optimized for real-time processing. Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend new techniques and frameworks. Cloud & Infrastructure: Deploy AI models on AWS, Azure, or GCP and leverage cloud-based AI services for scalability. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong background in deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL/NoSQL databases. Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, TensorFlow Serving). Cloud experience with AI/ML services in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of API development and integration with backend services. Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on AI-driven customer experience (CX) platforms. Familiarity with speech recognition, chatbot AI, or recommendation systems.
