You will be responsible for generating high-quality video content using AI tools based on prompts, scripts, or creative briefs. Collaborating with creative directors, designers, marketers, and animators to develop compelling visual narratives will be a key aspect of your role. You will experiment with various AI platforms and workflows to optimize output and efficiency. Additionally, you will create or adapt visual styles to align with brand identity or campaign tone, storyboard, conceptualize, and visually plan scenes using AI-enhanced design techniques, and maintain consistency and quality control throughout the video production process. It is essential to stay up to date with the latest AI media generation tools, techniques, and trends, and suggest improvements or creative ideas for enhancing AI-generated visuals. Post-processing videos as needed using traditional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is also part of the role. The required skills and qualifications for this position include proven experience in using AI video generation tools like Runway ML, Sora, Pika Labs, Kaiber, etc. Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for motion, color, pacing, and composition are necessary. Experience in video editing and post-production, familiarity with prompt engineering and AI text-to-video generation techniques, ability to adapt and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, experimental environment, creative problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail, and knowledge of 2D/3D animation, VFX, or motion graphics are desired. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Animation, Digital Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience), experience with generative AI across image, voice, or text, and familiarity with scripting tools or APIs for automated video generation.,
