Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Trainer and L&D Consultant, located in Bengaluru with some work-from-home options available. The AI Trainer and L&D Consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, utilizing AI tools to enhance learning experiences, and providing consultation to clients on their L&D strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, designing curriculum, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to L&D processes. Qualifications Strong knowledge across the AI Stack (generalist but tool agnostic) Hands-on experience in implementing AI to solve business problems Prior corporate training experience Skills in AI tools, Data Analysis, and Automated Workflows Experience in Curriculum Design, Training Development, and Facilitation Consulting skills, Needs Assessment, and Strategic Planning for L&D Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage client relationships Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-learning Platforms,
