About the Role: We are on a mission to automate and scale HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) in the Oil & Gas industry through AI-driven solutions. As an AI Software Implementation & Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of our technology, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and deployment of AI software solutions for O&G clients. Ensure all deployments comply with HSE standards and align with the O&G industrys business culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure smooth project execution. Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery phase, managing expectations and addressing technical or operational concerns. Conduct training and onboarding sessions for end-users to ensure successful software adoption. Troubleshoot issues and work closely with engineering teams to resolve any technical challenges. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering,Industrial Engineering or chemical engineering. 3-5 years of experience in the O&G industry or O&G software-related business. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Deep understanding of O&G business culture and operational workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Commitment to HSE principles and safety best practices.
