2. Team Leadership and Development:

• Building and Mentoring: Hiring, training, and mentoring a team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.   
• Performance Management: Setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews.   
• Knowledge Sharing: Facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and promoting continuous learning and development.   

3. Project Management and Execution:

• Overseeing Projects: Managing the entire lifecycle of research projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.   
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with research projects.
