Job Title: AI Product Specialist Location: Banglore, Chennai Experience: 10-15 Years Shift Timimgs: 9am to 6pm Job Description We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Integration Lead to oversee the rollout and integration of AI-driven features within SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, AI capabilities, and hands-on experience with virtual agents, predictive analytics, and intelligent recommendations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver intelligent solutions that enhance business outcomes and workforce experience Key Responsibites 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML integration. Strong understanding of AI technologies including NLP, predictive analytics, conversational AI, and intelligent automation. Experience working with virtual agents, chatbots, or digital assistants in an HR context. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions involving AI and HRIS platforms. Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and hands-on knowledge of integrating them into enterprise solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.,
