Job Description

AI Engineers would be responsible for researching, developing and deploying artificial intelligence solutions. They should also have curiosity, attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for AI. They should be adaptable, customer-focused, ethical, and persistent in their work, to fit the requirement for an AI/ML Engineer Trainee. Some of the responsibilities for the role would be:

Experience: 4 - 8 Years
Location: Remote
Salary: As per company standerds
Notice period: Immediate-30 days max
Interview process: 4 rounds of interviews

• Create and implement machine learning and deep learning models that can be used for data analysis, natural language processing, computer vision, and other tasks. 
• Collect and process large amounts of data from various sources to train and test AI models. 
• Analyze the performance of AI models to ensure they meet the required accuracy and reliability standards. 
• Improve the performance of AI models by optimizing their parameters, hyperparameters, and architectures. 
• Work closely with stakeholders such as data scientists, software engineers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure that AI solutions meet business needs

Functional Skills required

• Programming knowledge (Python - Mandatory, R, Java) 
• Data wrangling with hands-on experience in Pandas, NumPy and SciPy libraries. 
• Machine Learning - deep learning, transfer learning, reinforcement learning, structured/unstructured learning with hands-on experience of Tensorflow, PyTorch, or SciKit-Learn. 
• Natural language processing, understanding, and/or generation.  
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. 
• An aptitude for research and analysis is essential
