Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI/ML models using Python across various applications. Your role will involve conducting Research & Development (R&D) to implement cutting-edge AI methodologies and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) for NLP, text generation, and conversational AI applications. It will also include applying Predictive Analysis techniques to derive data-driven insights and enhance decision-making processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into business processes is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML to improve model performance is crucial. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong proficiency in Python and its AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Previous experience in Research & Development (R&D) for AI and machine learning applications is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, or similar architectures is essential. Expertise in Predictive Analysis, which includes statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, will be a significant part of your responsibilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with large datasets are essential. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should hold a Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and API integration is preferred. Familiarity with data visualization tools and frameworks will be an added advantage. With 6-8 years of experience, your primary skill set should revolve around AI/ML Development, with additional expertise in TensorFlow and NLP.,
