As an AI Engineer - Enterprise Search, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of our multi-tenant enterprise search solution. Your primary focus will be on creating scalable systems that seamlessly integrate with customer environments, utilizing advanced AI and ML technologies. You will play a key role in designing and managing the enterprise knowledge graph, implementing personalized search experiences, and driving AI-powered innovations to enhance search relevance and ITSM workflows. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and structuring our enterprise knowledge graph to effectively organize content, people, and activities, thereby improving search relevance. - Developing and refining personalized ranking models that can adapt to user behavior and continuously enhance search results. - Designing strategies to customize AI language models based on each customer's data to ensure accuracy and context. - Exploring innovative approaches to combine Large Language Models (LLMs) with search engines to provide solutions for complex queries. - Writing clean, robust, and maintainable code that seamlessly integrates with multi-tenant systems. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align search capabilities with ITSM workflows. - Mentoring junior engineers and leveraging the expertise of experienced members to grow as a technical leader. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 3-5 years of experience working on enterprise search products with AI/ML integration. - Expertise in multi-tenant systems and secure integration with external customer systems. - Hands-on experience with search platforms such as Elasticsearch, Solr, or similar tools. - Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or equivalent programming languages. - A strong passion for solving complex problems using AI and a commitment to delivering user-friendly experiences.,
