Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Engineer with deep expertise in designing and developing GenAIpowered solutions The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloudnative technologies AI frameworks and performance optimization of LLMs particularly within the insurance domain

Key Responsibilities

??Design and develop GenAIpowered applications tailored for the insurance industry

??Leverage Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph and CrewAI to build intelligent agents

??Optimize LLM performance through hyperparameter tuning and architecture refinement

??Integrate GenAI solutions with cloudnative platforms using Azure services

??Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG for enhanced contextual responses

??Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

??Ensure scalability reliability and security of AI applications

??Stay updated with emerging AI trends and technologies to drive innovation

Required Skills

5 years of experience in AI application design and development

Expertlevel hands on proficiency in Python and GenAI technologiesframeworks such as LangChain LangGraph OpenAI

Handson experience with Azure Document Intelligence ADI Azure Service Bus

Hands on experience in Cosmos DB Mongo DB or Chroma DB

Experience in graph database Azure Cognitive Search Pinecone ChromaDB

Strong understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG techniques

Proven track record in performance optimization of LLMs

Deep knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks LangGraph andor CrewAI

Good understanding of the Property and Casualty Insurance domain

Preferred Good to Have

Finetune LLMs to align with domain and business knowledge using Hyperparameter Fine Tuning Supervised Fine Tuning Parameter Efficient Fine Tuning LoRA and QLoRA techniques

Experience in designing cloud infrastructure security networking storage and monitoring solutions in Microsoft Azure and AWS

Experience working with enterprise insurance platforms

Exposure to PnC insurance policy billing or claims systems

Familiarity with other AI frameworks and cloud ecosystems

Good communication skills

Training Certification

??Should have certification Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Azure Fundamentals

??Trained and certified on using LLMs and prompt engineering

??Candidates will be deployed to live projects postcertification and shadowing
