As a Product Development & Enhancement professional, you will be responsible for enhancing the frontend (React Native) and backend (Python/Django/FastAPI) aspects of our main app. Your role will involve addressing open loops in content architecture, recommendation systems, and backend workflows to optimize UI/UX and responsiveness across various devices. In the realm of AI Tool Integration, you will work on integrating and experimenting with AI tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, Cursor, Weaviate, and LlamaIndex to elevate the product's intelligence. Your duties will include assisting in fine-tuning, testing, and refining context-aware conversations for our seeker and facilitator agents. For Prompt Engineering, you will be tasked with designing detailed, structured, and contextual prompts that empower AI agents for coaching, guidance, journaling, and other purposes. Collaboration with content and design teams will be essential to create human-like and supportive agent experiences. Additionally, as part of Full Stack Support, you will be involved in building and managing a parallel web project using React (or similar), Python, and SQL/NoSQL DBs. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring secure database management, clean API design, and seamless coordination between frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate for this role is proficient in Python and React Native, with knowledge of REST APIs, Git workflows, and database management (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/Firebase). You should be open to utilizing and learning AI tools such as OpenAI API, LangChain, DALLE, Figma AI, N8n, Replit, among others. A logical approach to technical problem-solving is crucial, and being a self-starter who excels in ambiguous environments and is enthusiastic about spiritual or conscious tech is highly valued. Moreover, candidates with experience in working with AI-based app features, chatbots, or semantic search, as well as those who have expertise in prompt engineering or LLMs from previous projects, will be considered favorably. Familiarity with No-Code/Low-Code tools like Bubble, Webflow, or Retool is a bonus.
