Job Description

As an AI & Analytics Engineer at AGCO, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources. Your responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity. You will collaborate closely with AI developers and data scientists to develop and implement robust data pipelines and workflows to support data science and AI initiatives. Your role will involve performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, as well as communicating findings and insights through data visualizations, reports, and presentations to drive informed decision-making across the organization. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data engineering, big data technologies, and cloud platforms will be essential to ensure cutting-edge methodologies and tools are utilized. Working closely with Data Scientist and AI Developer teams, you will understand business problems, execute steps, and drive implementation for value creation. You will identify relevant data sources, map them into data models, and build systems and infrastructures to collect and process data according to analytics use case needs and goals. Leveraging enterprise scale ETL tools and cloud-based services, you will integrate, transform, and load data to extract meaning and productionalize data pipelines at scale. Your experience should include 5+ years in a related field with hands-on experience in data pipeline development. Technical proficiency with big data tools, data mining, predictive modeling, and data visualization is required. Strong academic qualifications in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
