You have experience in providing Unit4 Agresso support for E1/E2, including troubleshooting client queries and ensuring optimal response within SLA. Your proficiency in SQL and Excel allows you to create, modify, and optimize reports from the systems. Your excellent communication skills enable you to work closely with the team to understand the Agresso ERP application and related processes. You have hands-on knowledge of SQL and experience in service now task management and database migration. Your ability to monitor performance and troubleshoot issues demonstrates your strong problem-solving skills in resolving complex issues effectively. As a good team player, you are ready to learn new technologies and upgrade your skills to contribute effectively to the team.,
