Job Description

You should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in Structural Design of Buildings & Infrastructure Projects, including High Rise buildings, Commercial projects, Industrial Projects, Infrastructure projects, Township, Hospitality, and Retails projects. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of Structural/Civil Engineers/ Architects/ and draftsman to ensure timely completion of design activities. Your role will involve studying, evaluating, and proposing structural systems, as well as preparing structural Design schemes, specifications, and Design Based Reports. You will provide engineering inputs during all design phases, analyze Design & 3D frames of steel Structures, detail various members of structures, and plan materials and manpower for civil works. In addition, you will interact with clients to understand their needs, develop design-based reports, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects. You should be able to prepare monthly progress reports, BOQ, and Cost Estimates for civil works. Value Engineering exercises during various project stages and coordination with other disciplines such as Architectural & MEP will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will need to manage construction activities including project schedule & resource planning, coordination with various stakeholders, and addressing engineering & coordination issues. This involves floating inquiries, evaluating bids/quotation, negotiating with vendors, material submittals approval, purchase recommendations, cost control, and ensuring smooth coordination among different departments and agencies involved in the project.,
