Job Description
You will be responsible for overall recruitments (sourcing till hiring) in the organization and building up a talent pool pipeline for all verticals. You will handle a team of 10-15 Recruiters with 8-10 joinings per month for Middle and senior level hiring. Your educational background should include a minimum MBA in HR. You should have 13-20 years of work experience in Recruitment with team handling experience. Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience in Education, Retail, Telecom, or Insurance. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred. The work location will be in person at Gurgaon.,
