Job Description

As an Assistant General Manager in Structural Design at RELT-RealtyMumbai, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: You will oversee structural design and inter-disciplinary coordination to ensure the successful implementation of projects. This will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently. Your role will also entail conducting value engineering exercises to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards. You will review consultant's designs, propose cost-saving alternatives, and liaise with the costing team to develop and monitor project budgets effectively. Additionally, you will be required to work closely with the site team to address any queries promptly and ensure smooth on-site operations. Your ability to prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) independently or review consultant-prepared BOQs will be crucial in streamlining project estimation processes. Moreover, you will play a vital role in evaluating structural Design Basis Reports (DBRs), analysis, design models, and drawings submitted by consultants. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring that all design deliverables meet the required standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/BE) with a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in project management.
