Job Description
Job Purpose: The purpose of the role is to deliver year on year sales growth for the sales building projects segment in the assigned geographical area by building pipeline, establishing strong relationship and gaining competitor intelligence in the builders / contractor customer segments. The incumbent needs to position all the building electrical products / brands of Havells, Standard & Crabtree such as MCB, DB, Wires & Switches to the respective stakeholders. Specific duties and responsibilities: Business Growth Deliver Year on Year Sales Growth in the assigned territory for the builders project segment. Business Development Generate pipeline / enquiry bank for propelling business growth through regular follow up. Key Decision Maker Relationship Build long term relationship with key decision makers in the respective customer segments / key influencers to ensure brand presence in all opportunities. Lead Fulfilment Collaboratively work with prescription team on the product approvals of architect, contractors, interior design (influencer segment). Product Forecasting 100% Accuracy in forecasting the products as per pipeline of sales Alignment to Organization Initiatives 100% compliance to organization initiatives such as SFA, Retail KAM, DMS etc from self and team. Team Management Build and handhold team to achieve their targets and provide development feedback. Ensure less than 10% voluntary attrition.
