Job Description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Civil Head will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of civil construction projects at multiple sites. This role necessitates strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage teams, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving project execution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. As the AGM - Civil Head, your key responsibilities will include: Project Planning & Execution: - Leading and managing civil engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion. - Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with planning and design teams. - Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within specified cost and quality parameters. Team Leadership: - Supervising and providing guidance to site engineers, contractors, and other technical staff. - Efficiently allocating resources to meet project requirements. - Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a high-performance work culture.
