Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams (research, product management, program management, engineering, etc) on technical implementation, and software experiences.We are looking to expand our team for our up and upcoming projects. Proficient in Agile methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements Proven project management skill and an ability to navigate fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments Experience in agile project methodologies/tools eg JIRA and Confluence Experienced in handling complex multi-functional projects and programs in Agile methodology. High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Experience in handling complex Web & Mobile applications. Ability to work in a team environment, including cross-functional teams and teams with business users throughout the company. Excellent oral and written communication skills. MBA or B Tech with flair for Project Management. 2 or more years experience with project management in a small to mid size organization. Proven track record as a project leader Project management/training and or certification will be added advantage Must have handled NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Force.com, Python, Java or PHP Projects as leader Good Project Management Skills Expertise on project tools Like JIRA, Project Management tools is required. Understanding of business processes and business analysis techniques Own the application development lifecycle and leverage Agile/Iterative methodology to deliver software systems. Manage project priorities and resource assignments to ensure adequate resources are available for successful projects. Manage project work in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) obligations Oversee project estimations and development of project deliverables. Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage project issues.
