Job Description
This returnship program is designed for female candidates who have taken a career break of at least 12 months due to various reasons and are now prepared to reenter the workforce. The location for this position is Hyderabad. As an Agile Business Analyst (BA) with 6+ years of experience interacting directly with business users and 3+ years of experience in delivering Insurance-related projects, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements within an Agile framework. Your role will involve ensuring clear communication and alignment between stakeholders and the development team. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, concise user stories. - Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement. - Document requirements in a format suitable for Agile development, such as user stories or backlog items. - Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and ready for development. - Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with the development team to ensure clarity and understanding of requirements. - Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment. - Facilitate sprint planning and other Agile events. - Provide clear and concise documentation of requirements and decisions. - Understand and apply Agile principles and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban. - Be adaptable to changing requirements and priorities. - Embrace continuous improvement and feedback. - Create and maintain documentation, such as requirements specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and easily accessible to all stakeholders. Desired Skills: - 1-2 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA). - 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master. - 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of relevant business domains and technologies. Domain Expertise: - Domain expert in Insurance, including Property & Casualty, Commercial & Specialty Insurance, Life & Annuities, Pensions, Retirements, Reinsurance, and various Insurance products. - Experience in various areas such as New Business, Policy Servicing, Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, Ratings & Pricing areas. - Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and processes. - Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.,
