Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals across various locations including Kannur, Kochi, Kollam, and Thiruvanananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in showroom, real estate, telecom, and insurance sectors. With an annual salary of 4,50,000, this full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in a vibrant and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
