We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our life insurance agency channel in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of agents, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth within the agency channel. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the life insurance agency channel. Manage and lead a team of insurance agents, providing training and support to enhance their performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and analyze sales reports to assess performance and forecast future sales. Conduct regular meetings with agents to review progress and set new sales goals. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 0-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
