Job Title: Associate Agency Manager Job Summary: The Associate Agency Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents or advisors. The role focuses on driving sales, achieving targets, and building a strong agent network for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents. Provide training and development to the recruited advisors. Drive sales through advisors to meet and exceed business targets. Monitor and support advisors in achieving their goals.
