Key Responsibilities: After-Sales Management: Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams to resolve post-sales queries. Manage client complaints and escalations effectively, ensuring high satisfaction. Billing and Documentation: 1. Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices and billing statements. 3. Coordinate with finance teams for documentation and compliance. MIS Reporting: 1. Develop and maintain MIS dashboards to track sales, billing, and client engagement metrics. 2.
