Job Description
You are seeking a creative and data-driven UGC Influencer Affiliate Marketing Manager to enhance the eCommerce brand presence across various platforms. Your main duties will include identifying and managing micro/macro UGC creators and influencers, strategizing and implementing campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, establishing and expanding affiliate programs using platforms like RewardStyle and Refersion, coordinating briefs, approvals, and performance reports, monitoring KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions, as well as collaborating with content, paid ads, and email teams. The ideal candidate for this role must possess hands-on experience in UGC and Influencer campaign management, familiarity with affiliate tools and platforms, a good grasp of the D2C eCommerce funnel, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.,
