Job Description

You are an experienced AEM Designer who will be responsible for designing and implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Your main tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, developing scalable and secure AEM solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your technical expertise should include at least 3 years of experience in AEM development and design, a strong grasp of AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms, as well as proficiency in creating AEM templates, components, and workflows. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in applying design principles and human-centered design approaches. In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Your adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing requirements and priorities will be crucial for this role. It would be advantageous if you have experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, familiarity with agile development methodologies, certification in AEM or related technologies, and proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. To excel in this role, you should stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in AEM and digital experience management to ensure the continuous optimization of AEM solutions and performance.,
